Apám halálát követően, az örökséggel a
családunk sokáig nem tudott mit kezdeni. Évek múltán jött el az ideje a
számbavételnek. Apu szakmája szerint vízvezeték-, fútésszerelő volt. Egy életen
át gyűjtött, felhalmozott alapanyagot és eszközt hagyott maga után, ezek között
számottevő mennyiségű réz cső, réz alaktrész található. A Hiány című
tárgysorozat a réz örökség felhasználásával készült. Apám kedves és sokat
használt tárgyainak a negatívját készítem el 1:1 méretben a réz csövek
beolvasztásával, újrahasznosításával.

Following
my father’s death, my family did not know what to do with the legacy he left
behind for quite some time. After many years, the time has come for a survey. My
father’s trade was as a plumbing and heating technician. He left behind the
basic materials and tools he accumulated throughout his life, and among these, a considerable
quantity of copper pipes and copper parts can be found. The series of objects
entitled “Absence” was made with this copper inheritance. I am producing the
negatives of the objects that were dear to my father and that he used
regularly, on a 1:1 scale, and by melting down the copper pipes and recycling
them.
